If your application matches the profile we are looking for, our pre-selection center will contact you for a first telephone conversation. During this interview we will show you in detail the position for which you are candidate and the working conditions. We will test your motivation and your linguistic level and we will verify your professional experiences.
THE RECRUITING SESSION
If the phone interview is positive, we will invite you to take part in a recruitment session in the major city closest to you. We will notify you the date, place and time of the appointment as well as the administrative documents to be collected for the interview (CV, motivation letter, photocopy of identity card, photocopy of diplomas and work certificates, one ID photo …). A recruitment session takes place in 1/2 day in 2 moments: company presentation first and individual interview with recruiting staff later. In special cases, we can offer you a webcam interview.
THE OUTCOME OF THE RECRUITMENT
Following this recruitment session, you will receive our response, however positive or negative. If your response is favorable, you will be contacted by a Human Resources staff who will let you know the information regarding the second selection step.
Only after the second selection and only those who are successful will have the certainty to be part of the Digital Group.
